Sainsburys don't seem to stock as much gluten free food as Tescos although there is more in store than available
online - I've had to stop buying our online shopping from Sainsburys as I can't get enough gluten free food. This
may vary in different areas. |

and so far haven't had any problems. The things to watch out for in Japanese food are soy sauce and some kinds of miso which are
