Masa Harina is ground maize that has lime added (Calcium Hydroxide) it is the staple of Mexican cooking and is used to make corn tortillas and tamales. Some Sainsburys stores stock it or you can buy it from the Cool Chile Company |
| Tamari Sauce |
Tamari soy sauce is a traditional Japanese product it is richer than Shoyu and has a stronger, sharper taste and aroma. Tamari does not have wheat added so is naturally gluten free. |
| Tofutti Better than Sour Cream |
A vegan Sour Cream alternative that really is as good as the real thing. I've given this to people and they haven't noticed the difference. Also gluten free according to their website. |
